The Ultimate Superhero Party for Creative & Brave Kids! This action-packed package is perfect for young heroes who love adventure and creativity. With thrilling games, superhero training, face painting, and hands-on activities, this party will keep everyone energized from start to finish! What the Kids Will Enjoy: - A heroic entrance with music and an exciting superhero welcome - Meet & greet with epic photo moments - A superhero performance and interactive mission briefing - A special superhero ceremony where the birthday hero receives a medal or gift - Face painting for each child - A creative activity of your choice — slime bar, painting station, craft station, or sand art — all set up in a themed area - Classic party games like treasure hunts, “pin the tail” style fun, and movement games (Duck Duck Goose, Follow the Leader) - A superhero dance party with kid-friendly pop music - Cake cutting and a heroic farewell Limited to 20 kids. All packages include 30 km travel and a character attendant. Your event is confirmed upon payment of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Booking Policy. Booking & Payment • A booking is only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received and cleared. • Deposits must be paid within 5 business days of accepting the quote. • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. No services will commence without full payment. • Deposits are non-refundable. Any changes must be communicated as soon as possible. Services • Services are provided as agreed in the confirmed booking. • Performance times are fixed. Late starts caused by the client or venue do not result in extended time. • Additional services are subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. • Cancellations 30 days or more before the event: deposit forfeited. • Cancellations within 30 days: 50% of the total booking fee payable. • Cancellations within 7 days: 100% of the total booking fee payable. Postponements • Events postponed with 60+ days’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. • If a postponed event is later canceled, a 30% cancellation fee may apply. • Postponements with less than 60 days’ notice are treated as cancellations. Refunds • Refunds are only issued if the event or entertainment is canceled by Princess Maggie’s Experiences. • No refunds are given for incomplete activities, child non-participation, weather conditions, or client delays. Liability & Safety • Princess Maggie’s Experiences is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage at the venue. • Clients are liable for any damage caused by guests to costumes, props, or equipment. • Performances may be paused or ended if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund. Acceptance Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
