What’s Included: - A magical royal entrance with music and a warm princess welcome - Meet & greet and enchanting photo opportunities - A live performance and interactive story time - A coronation ceremony with a tiara or special royal gift for the birthday child - Professional face painting for each child using hypoallergenic, skin-safe paints - A creative activity of your choice — choose from a beautifully styled craft station, slime bar, painting station, or sand art table - Classic party games like treasure hunts, themed “pin the tail” challenges, movement games, and musical fun - A princess dance party with kid-friendly pop hits - Cake cutting led by the princess and a magical royal farewell ✨ Our face painting team follows international hygiene standards, using only hypoallergenic products and techniques taught by The International Face Painting School — ensuring every child’s safety and comfort. Guest Limit: 20 children (For more kids, please fill in our "build your own package" form) All packages include 30 km travel and a trained character attendant to support the princess and help the event run smoothly. Your event is confirmed once the deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Booking Policy. Booking & Payment • A booking is only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received and cleared. • Deposits must be paid within 5 business days of accepting the quote. • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. No services will commence without full payment. • Deposits are non-refundable. Any changes must be communicated as soon as possible. Services • Services are provided as agreed in the confirmed booking. • Performance times are fixed. Late starts caused by the client or venue do not result in extended time. • Additional services are subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. • Cancellations 30 days or more before the event: deposit forfeited. • Cancellations within 30 days: 50% of the total booking fee payable. • Cancellations within 7 days: 100% of the total booking fee payable. Postponements • Events postponed with 60+ days’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. • If a postponed event is later canceled, a 30% cancellation fee may apply. • Postponements with less than 60 days’ notice are treated as cancellations. Refunds • Refunds are only issued if the event or entertainment is canceled by Princess Maggie’s Experiences. • No refunds are given for incomplete activities, child non-participation, weather conditions, or client delays. Liability & Safety • Princess Maggie’s Experiences is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage at the venue. • Clients are liable for any damage caused by guests to costumes, props, or equipment. • Performances may be paused or ended if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund. Acceptance Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
