UP TO 20 KIDS What the kids will be doing: - Get ready to party like royalty with your fave character for 2 whole hours! - Plus, gear up for loads of games and activities to keep all your friends entertained. - Choose either face painting or makeovers (hair braiding, nails & makeup) How will the room be decorated: - 3 tables decked out in theme-perfect tablecloths for your cake, yummy food, and gifts! - And don't forget, we've got tables and tiffany chairs for the kids with matching tablecloths, or you can opt for our cozy outdoor pallet tables with pillows to match. (includes themed cups, plates, serviettes, center pieces and more. - Party favours & party packs. - Backdrop and candy buffet jars, decor and cake stands - And let's not forget the gate decor - your guests will surely know they're at the right place! What will the guests be eating and drinking: - 2 huge 5L jars one with juice and the other with water, - Plus a coffee and tea station for the grown-ups. - And we can't have a party without cupcakes and a candy in the buffet! With our dedicated party staff, you don't have to lift a finger: We'll set everything up and clean up afterward, so you can just enjoy the fun. This is very much a show up and enjoy your party package - all you need to take care of is the cake, food and outfit for the birthday girl.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of any cancellation of the Event or termination of the Agreement for any reason, no liability shall fall upon Princess Maggie's in respect of any loss sustained or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person as a result thereof. The Customer is advised to insure against such loss. Princess Maggie's may cancel or terminate the Services in relation to the Event, with immediate effect without prejudice to its rights, if: there is any significant omission from or a misstatement in the Booking Form by the Customer; the Event may, in the sole discretion of Princess Maggie's, lead to a breach of peace, acts of violence or possible damage to our staff or our supplies or bring Princess Maggie's into disrepute; the Event or any act in relation thereto contravenes any applicable legislation or statutory regulations including, without limitation, the Occupational Health and Safety Act; the Customer is placed under final sequestration, liquidation, business rescue or similar circumstances; or there is any breach of the Agreement which is capable of remedy and the Customer fails to remedy such breach upon written notice to do so within the period set out in such notice. In the event of a cancellation or termination, the Fees paid will be forfeited and in addition, the Customer shall be liable to Princess Maggie's for any costs, expenses and losses incurred by Princess Maggie's as a result of such cancellation or termination. Princess Maggie's may cancel or terminate the Services in relation to the Event on 7 (seven) days written notice to the Customer, if: There is any reason our performers cannot perform to their full capability due to illness or serious injury. In the event of a cancellation or termination by Princess Maggie's, the Fees paid will be refunded to the Customer. If the Customer cancels the Event: no cancellation fee is applicable should the Customer cancel 14 (fourteen) days prior to the Event; a cancellation fee of 50 % (fifty per cent) of the Fees will be levied should the Customer cancel 13 (thirteen) days prior to the Event; a cancellation fee of 100 % (one hundred per cent) of the Fees will be levied should the Customer cancel less than 7 (seven) days prior to the Event
