Elf Delivery Policy — Princess Maggie’s x My Party Box 2025 1. Overview Princess Maggie’s has partnered with My Party Box to offer magical Elf Deliveries from 24–28 November 2025, bringing festive joy right to your doorstep! Our elves will personally deliver your pre-ordered Elf Box, pose for photos, and create a heartwarming experience for your family. 2. Elf Box Packages All boxes are pre-order only and available in limited quantities. 1️⃣ BASIC SILVER Box – R950 24-Day Activity Box (Elf not included) “I’m Back” arrival pillow (our own design) Certificate 24-day calendar & stickers 2️⃣ INTERACTIVE GOLD Box – R1250 24-Day Activity Box with Elf included Extra colouring book Games and paper props Certificate, 24-day calendar & stickers I’m Back” arrival pillow 3️⃣ EXCLUSIVE PLATINUM Box – R1800 24-Day Activity Box with Elf & Elf baby Elf Cam & Magic Door Magic kids glove Branded Arrival Box & “I’m Back” Pillow (elf bed) 7+ props (selected randomly) Elf Ears or Christmas Stocking (random) Activity packs Christmas Party Box (not filled) Santa’s Beard Elf Certificate Naughty or Nice Calendar & stickers Colouring book Elf foot & hand prints for arrival “Parents 101 to Elf” guide, Secret Message Book & more 3. Elf Delivery Service Our Elf Delivery includes a magical home visit from one of Santa’s elves, a photo opportunity, and hand delivery of your pre-ordered Elf Box. Delivery Fee: R1320 Deliveries take place in the afternoons to ensure the children are home for their Elf’s arrival. Delivery Schedule: 24 November: Fourways / Sandton 25 November: Midstream / Centurion 26 November: Pretoria East 27 November: Waterfall / Midrand 28 November: Rosebank / Melrose Please note that Princess Maggie’s reserves the right to allocate the specific time and date of your delivery within the scheduled day for your area, to best accommodate all customers and ensure timely delivery across all regions. 4. Booking Terms & Conditions All Elf Boxes are pre-order only and subject to availability. Delivery dates and times are subject to routing and logistics; exact times will be confirmed closer to the delivery date. Delivery fees are non-refundable once confirmed, except in the event of cancellation by Princess Maggie’s. By booking, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms set out in this policy.
