For kids who love a touch of sparkle and celebration, this party blends high-energy entertainment with a fun, interactive activity experience — all led by your chosen character, performed by our professionally trained, in-character entertainer. ✨ You can choose any available themed character, and they don’t just make an appearance — they fully host, entertain, and lead the entire party experience. Whether your child loves dancing, storytelling, games, or creative fun, this unforgettable experience has something for everyone — while you relax and enjoy the moment. What’s Included: - A themed character entrance with exciting music - Personal meet & greet with fun photo opportunities - An interactive character performance and engaging story time - A special birthday spotlight moment - Professional face painting - Fully hosted party games led by the character (treasure hunts, movement games, themed challenges, musical games & more) - An energetic dance party with character-inspired moves and kid-friendly music - Leading the cake cutting and a celebratory farewell ✨ We use only professional, hypoallergenic face paints and follow strict hygiene practices aligned with international standards. Your little ones’ safety and comfort are always our top priority. All packages include up to 30 km travel and a trained character attendant. Your event is secured upon payment of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Booking Policy. Booking & Payment • A booking is only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received and cleared. • Deposits must be paid within 5 business days of accepting the quote. • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. No services will commence without full payment. • Deposits are non-refundable. Any changes must be communicated as soon as possible. Services • Services are provided as agreed in the confirmed booking. • Performance times are fixed. Late starts caused by the client or venue do not result in extended time. • Additional services are subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. • Cancellations 30 days or more before the event: deposit forfeited. • Cancellations within 30 days: 50% of the total booking fee payable. • Cancellations within 7 days: 100% of the total booking fee payable. Postponements • Events postponed with 60+ days’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. • If a postponed event is later canceled, a 30% cancellation fee may apply. • Postponements with less than 60 days’ notice are treated as cancellations. Refunds • Refunds are only issued if the event or entertainment is canceled by Princess Maggie’s Experiences. • No refunds are given for incomplete activities, child non-participation, weather conditions, or client delays. Liability & Safety • Princess Maggie’s Experiences is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage at the venue. • Clients are liable for any damage caused by guests to costumes, props, or equipment. • Performances may be paused or ended if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund. Acceptance Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
