Service Description
This package is for parties where a character may not be suitable, or you are looking for a craft station to get the kids' creative juices flowing. It's an alternative to character entertainment for older kids or kids that may not be interested in characters. The Creative Leaders come in before the party to set up the station, and run the station for 1 hour per craft. All kids get to take home a custom party favor they designed themselves. All packages include 30 km of travel and a trained character attendant to keep everything running smoothly. We also provide a table and plastic tablecloths for this package. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Booking Policy. Booking & Payment • A booking is only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received and cleared. • Deposits must be paid within 5 business days of accepting the quote. • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. No services will commence without full payment. • Deposits are non-refundable. Any changes must be communicated as soon as possible. Services • Services are provided as agreed in the confirmed booking. • Performance times are fixed. Late starts caused by the client or venue do not result in extended time. • Additional services are subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. • Cancellations 30 days or more before the event: deposit forfeited. • Cancellations within 30 days: 50% of the total booking fee payable. • Cancellations within 7 days: 100% of the total booking fee payable. Postponements • Events postponed with 60+ days’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. • If a postponed event is later canceled, a 30% cancellation fee may apply. • Postponements with less than 60 days’ notice are treated as cancellations. Refunds • Refunds are only issued if the event or entertainment is canceled by Princess Maggie’s Experiences. • No refunds are given for incomplete activities, child non-participation, weather conditions, or client delays. Liability & Safety • Princess Maggie’s Experiences is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage at the venue. • Clients are liable for any damage caused by guests to costumes, props, or equipment. • Performances may be paused or ended if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund. Acceptance Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
