Service Description
What the kids will be doing: - Meet and greet with a character of your choice - Witness a coronation of the birthday girl - Fun and frolic with themed games and activities - Have a dance party How will we decorate the space: - 3 tables for cake, food, and presents decked out with tablecloths and standard pink, blue or purple decor - Kids tables and chairs with stylish tablecloths We will keep the little ones refreshed with: - 2 x 5L juice jars brimming with one with Energade and one with water. We will keep the adults refreshed with: - A coffee & tea station for the caffeine-craving adults Let us take care of everything with: - Dedicated party staff for all your needs - Set up and cleaning for a worry-free day - A bluetooth speaker for music
Cancellation Policy
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Booking Policy. Booking & Payment • A booking is only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received and cleared. • Deposits must be paid within 5 business days of accepting the quote. • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. No services will commence without full payment. • Deposits are non-refundable. Any changes must be communicated as soon as possible. Services • Services are provided as agreed in the confirmed booking. • Performance times are fixed. Late starts caused by the client or venue do not result in extended time. • Additional services are subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. • Cancellations 30 days or more before the event: deposit forfeited. • Cancellations within 30 days: 50% of the total booking fee payable. • Cancellations within 7 days: 100% of the total booking fee payable. Postponements • Events postponed with 60+ days’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. • If a postponed event is later canceled, a 30% cancellation fee may apply. • Postponements with less than 60 days’ notice are treated as cancellations. Refunds • Refunds are only issued if the event or entertainment is canceled by Princess Maggie’s Experiences. • No refunds are given for incomplete activities, child non-participation, weather conditions, or client delays. Liability & Safety • Princess Maggie’s Experiences is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage at the venue. • Clients are liable for any damage caused by guests to costumes, props, or equipment. • Performances may be paused or ended if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund. Acceptance Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
